    The French manufacture is guaranteed by the label: Joaillerie de France.

  • Do you have shops?

    No, but we have partner stores, contact us to find the one closest to you.

  • How long is a Façonnier jewel guaranteed?

    A Façonnier jewel is guaranteed for life for any manufacturing defect.

    In case of shock or bad treatment, we will of course be able to repair all your jewels but the after-sales service will not be free.

  • Who to contact for help?

  • Is my payment secure?

    Online payments are secured by the 3D Secure system.

  • How to use a discount code?

    At checkout, you have the option to add a discount code.

  • What payment methods are available?

    PayPal and any type of credit card payment. We do not accept checks or cash.

  • How long does it take to cancel or get a refund on an order?

    You generally have up to 48 hours after placing your order to cancel it, and up to 14 days after delivery of the product to request a refund.

  • How do I change my password?

    If you have forgotten your password, don't panic, just enter your e-mail address as you did when you logged in and click on "I have forgotten my password". Once logged in, you can change your password in the "My account" section.

  • I can't connect, what should I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, don't panic, just enter your e-mail address as you would to log in and click on "I forgot my password". If you are not registered yet, you just have to create your account. For any other problem contact us.

  • Can I track my orders directly in my personal space?

    You can follow the progress of all your orders in your space my account, my orders. You will also find there the tracking number of your package.

  • How to subscribe and unsubscribe from the newsletter?

    To subscribe, go to the bottom of any page, enter your e-mail address and click on "ok". You can unsubscribe from any e-mail you receive by clicking on "unsubscribe".

  • How to activate the payment in 3 times?

    For all Façonnier jewelry, you have the possibility to pay in 3 installments without any additional fees. You can choose this method of payment when selecting the payment method.

  • How does payment in 3 times without charge work?

    Its operation is simple, the total of your order is divided by 3. The first payment is made the day of the validation of the order, and the 3 others the same day the 3 months which follow.

    For example, if you order a piece of jewelry for 990€ on December 5, here are the payments that will be debited to you:

    • 330€ on December 5th
    • 330€ on January 5th
    • 330€ on February 5th

  • How can I be sure that my jewel is real?

    Façonnier has a master stamp and a title stamp that allows you to verify the metal used. Each piece of Façonnier jewelry also has a serial number that is identified.

  • How does the tailored service work?

    It's easy, just fill in the form on the page made to measure, add as much information as possible. This can be a drawing, an inspiration, an audio description of your dream jewel. The next step is the design of your jewel by a 3D designer. This operation takes between 1 and 4 weeks depending on your project. If you are satisfied with the proposal, your jewel will be manufactured and finished within 3 weeks.

  • Can I engrave a ring?

    Yes for an additional 15€ and an additional delay for the delivery, you can engrave the message of your wish by adding it in the comment box of the product page.

  • How do I know my finger size?

    We offer several tips and even a free ring gauge for your home. For more information go here.

  • I got the wrong finger size, how do I do it?

    The sizing of your ring is offered up to 1 month after receiving your ring.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

    The stocks of each product are displayed on each item, after selecting a size.

  • Can I order an item that is not in stock?

    Yes, as long as the jewel in question has not reached the maximum of its series, you can order it even if it is not in stock.

    In this case, the delivery time increases to 3 weeks, the time needed for manufacturing.

  • How do I get my jewellery repaired?

    Send us back your item and we will do what is necessary to satisfy you.

  • Do I have to pay for the return if I return my order?

    We take care of the returns, to send back an article contact usWe will send you a shipping label.

  • Can I provide gold to make a piece of jewelry?

    For the Façonnier collections, we cannot use your gold. For custom-made products, we can work on a custom basis, and thus use your gold.

  • How do I clean and maintain my jewellery?

  • My jewel is broken, what can I do?

    Contact usWe will do our best to satisfy you.

  • I received my jewel but it is damaged/broken, what should I do?

    Send it back to uswe will send you another jewel.

  • What to do in case of loss or theft?

    Report it to us, we will declare your product stolen or lost. Thanks to its serial number your product is registered in our database in your name, it will be much more complicated to resell it because you remain the owner of this jewel.

  • What is the quality of your stones?

    All our diamonds are of GSI quality. All our stones are of natural origin.

  • Are your stones natural?

    We use only natural stones.

  • Is the stone in your jewel slightly different from the one in the pictures?

    All our stones are natural, by definition they are all unique, the shade may vary relatively.

Delivery

  • Do I have to pay for delivery?

    Delivery is free of charge anywhere in the world without customs duties.

  • What are my delivery options?

    All our packages are shipped via DHL. To use another delivery method please contact us.

  • Can I choose a delivery date/time?

    Packages are delivered 2 working days after shipment in France. Once you have received your tracking number, you can reschedule a delivery directly on the DHL platform, if you think you will not be there at that time.

  • Is a signature required to receive my order?

    Yes, as the packages are valuable, we ask for a signature upon receipt.

  • Can I get delivery anywhere in the world?

    Yes, Façonnier ensures delivery wherever you are.

  • What is the delivery time and the shipping time?

    At Façonnier we commit ourselves to ship your order within 4 working days and within 1 week within the limit of available stock displayed on each product. If they are not in stock, the jewelry remains available for sale, it takes 3 weeks of delay, the time necessary for the manufacture.

  • How do I return an order?

    In your My Account area, when your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail (to the address you gave when you registered) with the delivery tracking and tracking number of your package.
